There are few if any Jews in the Seychelles at present. However, this may change with an initiative from the Minister of Tourism, the Hon. Alain St. Ange.

Minister St. Ange is in discussion with the Israeli’s regarding tourism. He hopes to attract tourism with the white, sandy beaches; and turquoise blue sea that is clean and clear as well as their national parks.

Already the Israeli carrier Arkia and Carmel Tourism Services are cleared to run a number of charters.
